This dance season has certainly taken an unexpected turn. As we scrambled to recreate and continue our classes online, our students and families have shown great patience and understanding. As we collectively navigate through summer, know that we place your health safety as a top priority. We will continue our classes online through Zoom. Our instructors have plans to lead intense and invigorating classes and camps this summer. We will no longer be focusing on recital choreography. Instead, we will solely focus on class, technique, and new skills. It is always important to continue training through the year. We continue to evaluate dancers during our Summer Session to place them in the appropriate level for the 2020-2021 Fall Session. Furthermore, strengthening one’s technique comes from discipline and determination. Taking a six week break will not only pause progress, but often times it can cause a regression. We highly encourage summer dancing for the benefit of the dancers’ technique and training. Our instructors are excited to begin a fresh session with brand new class structures and themes. Since our session is shortened and steeply discounted under the circumstances of COVID-19, this is a great time to encourage your dancer to leap into summer classes. We hope to see you there!
